      In the modern business world, the success of an organization is often more influenced by marketing efforts of its sales management team, rather than the products or services offered. Marketing management teams should not only be trained to perform various marketing - analyses of consumer behavior, implementation strategies and pricing tactics, market research, project management, they should also be well prepared for effective propaganda and promotion. Promotion as an instrument of marketing mix, is a kind of communication with target consumers, with businesses trying to influence them to buy what it offers in the market. Through promotional activities, the organization sends signals to consumers for their offer and key specifics that are in the competition. Therefore, clear understanding of the role of marketing managers towards the effective promotion of products and services are essential for any business entity that wants to be successful on the market and achieve a position of leadership.
