- Abstract: The article offers information on several health benefits of meditation on individuals including their physiological aspects and psychological aspects as studied by several scientific studies. Topics discussed includes physiological benefits such as enhanced gray matter to improve learning, prevent and cure Alzheimer's disease, prevents occurrence of cold and flu, psychological benefits including reduced stress, prevent depression and increases focus.
