    • Abstract:
      10 years after the biggest enlargement of the European Union, the community is not free from problems. The decline in the share of industry in GDP of the Union and the plans to stop this decrease by the newly created reindustrialization policy belong to the most serious ones. Another important problem is the declining competitiveness of the European economy and insufficient technical and scientific progress. Also fiscal issues adversely affect the functioning of the EU economy and, in particular, the individual Member States. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      W 10 lat po największym rozszerzeniu Unii Europejskiej wspólnota nie jest wolna od problemów. Do najważniejszych należy spadek udziału przemysłu w PKB Unii i plany powstrzymania tego spadku przez nowo tworzoną politykę reindustrializacji. Innym istotnym problemem jest malejąca konkurencyjność gospodarki europejskiej i niewystarczający postęp naukowo-techniczny. Również problemy natury fiskalnej wpływają negatywnie na funkcjonowanie Unijnej gospodarki, a zwłaszcza poszczególnych państw członkowskich. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
