      The article presents a case study of the New York Muehlstein Institute for Jewish Professional Leadership (MI) of the Wiener Educational Center of the United Jewish Appeal (UJA)-Federation of New York that explores the impact of leadership education on the career trajectory of early career professionals in the Jewish nonprofit sector. It discusses a brief literature review on leadership development programs of the MI and the importance for leaders to exercise their authority and influence.
