      The article focuses on the aspects of the optometric income survey in the U.S. It states that the survey found that the income of optometrists had a 5.6% increase from 114,410 dollars in 2009 to 121,182 dollars in 2010. It also says that 64% of optometrists are satisfied with their income in 2010 compared to 2009 when their salary satisfaction is at its lowest.
