- Abstract:
The article deals with the microorganism culture collection which can be found at the Australian Wine Research Institute (AWRI). Collecting microorganism culture is important because these microorganisms have a role in preserving and conserving biodiversity. The collection contains over 1,800 wine-associated yeast and bacteria strains. It provides an overview of the AWRI wine microorganism culture collection (WMCC).
