      The article discusses a recent study which concludes that breast-feeding does not cause breast ptosis. University of Kentucky assistant professor of plastic surgery, Dr. Brian Rinker and his colleagues interviewed 132 women who had come to the Great Britain Health-Care Cosmetic Surgery Associates for breast lifts or augmentation. 58 percent of the women had breast-fed at least one child. Rinker concluded that a history of breast-feeding does not lead to a greater degree of breast ptosis.
