      The article focuses on a report based on several survey of more than 400 U.S. employers conducted by the Conference Board, Corporate Voices for Working Families and other organizations. The report states that the younger workforce in the U.S. is lacking in basic business skills. 70% of the respondents said that high school graduates lack in skills like professionalism, work ethics etc. More than 40% believe that they lack skills like reading comprehension and written communication.
