      Information about several papers discussed during the American Association for the Advancement of Science conference held in Atlanta, Georgia in 1956 are discussed. The major theme for the conference was racial segregation, wherein Negroes who attended were unrestricted at official functions were barred from white hotels and restaurants. The event featured speakers among other topics, including A. E. Lilley, E. F. McClain, and Karl Maramorosch.
