    • Abstract:
Natural fiber reinforced composites are currently of interest to the majority of the automobile sectors. Since composite materials have a higher strength to mass ratio and elasticity storing capacity than metal and other materials. The work's goal is to use Ansys for finite analysis of a natural fiber-reinforced composite leaf spring in order to determine the number and location of layers in the specific composite sheet that was used to make the composite leaf spring. The natural fiber reinforced composite is prepared by hand layup process and used for experimental examination, such as utilizing a Universal testing machine, after the number of layers is determined using Ansys analysis.
