    • Abstract:
A 23-year-old man developed generalised pustular psoriasis while being treated with ceftriaxone for a Klebsiella pneumoniae infection. He initially presented with arthralgias, oedema, and erythema in his lower limbs, which progressed to skin lesions and pain in his extremities. Skin biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of generalised pustular psoriasis secondary to ceftriaxone use. After discontinuing ceftriaxone and starting appropriate psoriasis treatment, the man experienced significant improvement in his skin condition. [Extracted from the article]
