- Abstract:
Artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized many areas, including education, by improving teaching methods and addressing challenges such as equity of access, data privacy, quality of algorithms, and adaptation of traditional education systems. This paper aims to analyze and understand the challenges and opportunities of artificial intelligence in Latin American education today. For the proposed evaluation we use the criteria of five experts on the subject. Specifically, we use Neutrosophic SWOT and static analysis of Neutrosophic Cognitive Maps techniques. The use of tools in the field of Neutrosophy allows us to incorporate indeterminacy into the calculations carried out, which allows greater accuracy in the results. Indeterminacy is an intrinsic component of decision-making. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
