      This research, entitled: (The jurisprudential preferences of Imam Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad bin Ahmed bin Qudama Al-Maqdisi Shami Al-Din (d. 682 AH) on company issues - a comparative study -) is one of the important researches that talked about issues that a Muslim has always needed in his financial dealings, clarified their rulings, and explained The disagreement of the jurists regarding it, and revealing the opinion of Imam Shams al-Din Ibn Qudamah, and explaining the most correct opinions, mentioning the evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah if it exists, and from what is reasonable, relying on the most important books according to the doctrine, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and his family and companions.
