El objetivo planteado fue describir el proceso de planificación y organización del inicio de los estudios del Técnico Superior en Agua y Saneamiento hasta el Ejercicio de Culminación de Estudio, en La Habana. La investigación posee un enfoque cualitativo; la muestra fue no probabilística "por conveniencia". El análisis se hizo a partir de las valoraciones dadas por los estudiantes, la observación participante de la autora, el análisis de documentos, fotografías, anotaciones personales y entrevistas a profesores del colectivo de carrera. El enfoque predominante que caracterizó esta formación fue de carácter teórico-práctico. Se les dio solución a 17 problemas profesionales identificado dentro del banco de problema de la empresa donde pertenece el estudiante, y respondieron a los avances científicos, técnicos y tecnológico del sector del Agua y el Saneamiento en Cuba. - Abstract:
The objective set was to describe the planning and organization process from the beginning of the studies of the Higher Technician in Water and Sanitation until the Study Completion Exercise, in Havana. The research has a qualitative approach; The sample was non-probabilistic “for convenience”. The analysis was done based on the evaluations given by the students, the author's participant observation, the analysis of documents, photographs, personal notes and interviews with professors from the career group. The predominant approach that characterized this training was theoretical-practical in nature. They were given solutions to 17 professional problems identified within the problem bank of the company where the student belongs, and responded to the scientific, technical and technological advances in the Water and Sanitation sector in Cuba.
