      The research establishes the evidentiary effect of restricting real estate rights in Moroccan legislation, based on the legal rules that the legislator singled out and the extent of their ability to achieve the purpose for which they were found, as they relate to a vital right that finds its foundations in the rules of constitutional law and in special laws that strengthened its legislative and judicial status, this effect Which we tried to discuss in terms of the controls that must be invoked to restrict the right and to establish the effect of proof after its restriction in line with the authoritative restriction and the recognition of what is included in the real estate fee, up to the extent to which the legislator was able to set these legal controls and the duration of their ability to achieve the purpose for which they were legislated.
