A study of three hadiths form al،Daraqutni’s book “al،’Ilal”. (English)

ABSTRACT: This study discussed three hadiths form al-Daraqutni’s book “al-’Ilal” along with analyzing his statement about it, may Allah’s mercy be upon him, and clarifying its ruling.The First Hadith of “alKarīm Yūsuf”: A hasan (good) hadith on the authority of who narrated it from Hammad from Abū Salama on the authority of Abu Hurairah. This hadith has another mutaba'at (follow-up) and shawahid (witnesses) and mutaba'at (follow-up) rise it up to the level of Ḥasan Ligharihi ("Ḥasan due to external factors").The Second Hadith: “Whenever you hear the call of prayer, repeat what the Mu'adhdhin (caller to prayer) says”: This hadith is memorized by all trustworthy narrators from Malik from al-Zuhri from Ata’ from Abu Saʽid al-Khudri. It’s a “sahih” hadith, has trustworthy chain of transmitters, reported by al-Bukhari and Muslim through Malik.The Third Hadith: "Do you have any maternal aunts?": The memorized of this “mursal” incompletely transmitted hadith. Mursal is a type of ḍaʿīf (weak) hadith due to disconnection except for who claims the authenticity of the mursal hadith under specific conditions. This hadith has shawahid (witnesses) confirm the favor of the maternal aunt and it has nearly the same position of the mother. Therefore, it’s is consistent with the hadith in a specific part, however the rest of it remains mursal.This study emphasized that Imam al-Daraqutni clarified the track of each hadith and differences therein whenever being asked thereabout. He almost clarified the rajih (most preponderant opinion) therefrom, had a specific method in judging hadiths based on circumstantial evidences, and his statements, may Allah’s mercy be upon him, is deemed a treasure holds many benefits that need analyzers and beneficiaries from his knowledge. تناولت هذه الدراسة دراسة ثالثة أحاديث من علل الدارقطني، مع تحليل كالمه ر حمه الله فيها، وبيان حكمها. الحديث األول" الكريم يوسف": حديث حسن عمن رواه عن حماد عن محمد بن عمرو عن أبي سلمة عن أبي هريرة، وللحديث متابعات أخرى وشواهد ترقيه لدرجة صحيح لغيره. الحديث الثاني: "إذا سمعتم املؤذن فقولوا مثلما يقول": هذا الحديث محفوظ عن جمع من الثقات عن مالك عن الزهري عن عطاء عن أبي سعيد الخدري، وهو حديث صحيح، رجال أسانيده ثقات، وأخرجه البخاري ومسلم من طريق مالك. الحديث الثالث "هل لك من خالة": املحفوظ من هذا الحديث املرسل، واملرسل نوع من أنواع الضعيف النقطاعه إال عند من يحتج باملرسل بشروط، وللحديث شواهد تؤكد فضل الخالة وأنها بمنزلة الألم، فهي توافق الحديث يف جزئية معينه، ويبقى الباقي ىلع ما هو عليه من اإلرسال. وأكدت الدراسة أن اإلمام الدارقطني يبين طرق كل حديث يسأل عنه واالختالفات فيه، وغالبا ما يبين الراجح منها، وأن له منهجا خاصا يف الحكم ىلعاألحاديث يعتمد ىلع القرائن، وأن كالمه رحمه الله كنزٌ يحوي فوائد عدة تحتاج من يحللها ويستفيد من علمه رحمه الله.
