      The article presents a case study of a 23-year-old male has presented in August 2019 with fever, gum hypertrophy, bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy without organomegaly, bleeding or coagulopathy. Topics include the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to exclude CBFB-MYH11 fusion could not be done, and the patient has responded well to induction chemotherapy has followed by consolidation with high dose cytarabine and presently remains in remission.
