THE MATERIAL SCOPE IN THE PROTECTIVE ACTION FOR DEATH AND SURVIVAL. COORDINATION RULES BETWEEN SPANISH LAW AND LATIN AMERICAN LAW. (English)

The right to social protection of workers and their right to migration, as well as their families, are human rights. Institutions and subjects of internacional law are obliged to coordinate the domestic regulations of the different States thinking about their maximum effectiveness. El derecho a la protección social de los trabajadores y el derecho a la migración de los mismos, así como de sus familiares, por motivos laborales, son derechos humanos. Las instituciones y sujetos de Derecho internacional están en la obligación de coordinar las regulaciones domésticas de los diferentes Estados pensando en su máxima eficacia.
