Today business culture has turn into hostile, competent and rapidly changing environment where survival of the fittest is no more a requirement rather an indispensable aspect which has become as inevitable as breathing. It has become essentially crucial to survive and succeed in this brisk evolution in business world where managing time has become utmost important. The performance of organization in general and the performance of self in specific depend on how well the time is managed. Incorporating the skillful practice of time management in business culture not only enhances customer satisfaction but yields thundering growth in various sectors. Time management skills further involves sub skills which has boundless benefits. Doing justice to an old phrase 'time is money' the art of good time management can either earn an organization umpteen profit or mismanagement of time can shut down a business entirely. This paper studies in details the various sub skills involved in efficient time management for growth in business and the distractions which need to be avoided.
