Charleston Tells Story Swap
Got a good story to share? Be a part of the Charleston Tells Story Swap, a special session being offered during the Festival so storytellers and story liars can sign up to spin their own yarns. The session runs from 12:15-2 p.m., March 15, and a maximum of 15 slots are available. Stories should be no longer than eight minutes and should be family friendly. Youth over age 10 can sign up, too. To register for this unique opportunity and be a part of the 2014 Story Swap, complete the form below by March 10. Missed the cutoff? Check on Saturday to see if there is a slot open for you to tell.
By registering for the Story Swap at the 2014 Charleston Tells Storytelling Festival, I agree to the following: stories will be family friendly; stories will be between three and eight minutes long; no profanity or off-color content will be included; and participants will not receive payment for participation. All participates ages 12 and older must purchase a Festival ticket and must check-in with Festival staff no later than 12 p.m. Participants selected will receiveconfirmation and additional details by email before the Festival.
