    AARP Free Income Tax Preparation (adults)
    Friday, March 3 - Friday, April 14, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
    Hurd/St. Andrews Regional Library
    Receive free income tax preparation and electronic filing assistance from AARP volunteers. A current picture ID and Social Security card are required, along with the Social Security cards of any dependents. First come, first served, with the last person accepted at 1:30 p.m.

    Gold Coin Guessing Game
    Wednesday, March 1 - Thursday, March 16
    Otranto Road Regional Library
    Guess how many gold coins are in the St. Patrick's Day display, and you could win a special prize. The winner will be announced Friday, March 17.

    Library Closure
    Wednesday, March 1 - Friday, March 24
    Mt. Pleasant Regional Library
    Mt. Pleasant Regional Library will close due to the scheduled replacement of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems and associated mechanical elements. Book drops will remain open at all library locations for customer convenience. Library holds will be transferred to the Main Library during the closure.

    Teen Zone (grades 6-12)

    The Teen Zone is a daily after-school program. Play the Wii, listen to music, enjoy an adult coloring page, play board games, or just sit and chat.

    Nature Photography

    View Kiawah Island's Night Heron Park through the eyes of young nature photographers. The featured photographs were taken by Angel Oak Elementary fifth-graders during a field trip guided by the Kiawah Island Photography Club and Yo Art, a nonprofit organization that teaches students media arts to enhance their classroom experience.

    Saul Alexander Gallery Exhibit

    Summerville, The Place I Call Home by Therese Haynes
    Embark upon a visual journey that features historical and natural scenes that may have been observed more than 200 years ago. The exhibit includes a painting of Saul Alexander, the gallery's namesake, arriving in Rosebrock Park on one of the first trains.
