Ask-A-Question is a free reference service provided by the Charleston County Public Library. We are here to answer your reference questions by e-mail. We provide quick responses to your questions.

The Telephone Reference Center (TRC) assists with research questions over the telephone. Most questions can be answered in 3 - 5 minutes. Some examples of questions include spelling, definitions and terms, brief biographical information, referrals to appropriate Websites, as well as in-depth research questions. Pick up the phone and give us a call on the TRC phone line at 843-805-6930.
